2D Ring Designer

Create 2D ring geometry for laser cutting and CNC machining

Single Ring Mode

1. Choose ring size (US size or inner diameter in mm)
2. Set the thickness (band width)
3. Preview shows inner and outer circle vectors
4. Export as SVG (design software) or DXF (laser/CNC)

Nested Rings Mode

1. Define your material sheet dimensions
2. Set the edge-to-edge gap between rings
3. Adjust rings per row and number of rows
4. Check the fit indicator ✓
5. Export the entire layout
Tip: All measurements are in millimeters. Fit validation ensures your design fits on the sheet before exporting.
